  2. Eligibility for Alterations:

    • Only Leather Jackets, Pants and Vests purchased from our website are eligible for free alterations.
    • Alterations request/measurements must be notified to us within 1-2 days of purchase.
    • This ensures that the alterations service is a benefit for our customers, ensuring the items are originally provided in a condition suitable for modification.

  3. No Returns or Exchanges on Altered Jackets, Pants or Vests:

    • Items that have been altered are not eligible for return or exchange.
    • Alterations make the item uniquely tailored to an individual's specifications, which means they cannot be resold or easily modified again for another customer.

  4. Limitation on Alterations:

    • Structural Changes can be done to the Leather Items within reason. If you are unsure on what can or can not be done, please contact us to discuss before purchasing.
    • Size Alterations can be done from a larger to smaller size. Smaller to larger size can be done within reason.   If you are unsure on what can or can not be done, please contact us to discuss before purchasing. Additional costs may apply.

  5. Quality Assurance:

    • All alterations are subject to a quality check before the item is returned to the customer. If we determine that an alteration may compromise the jacket's quality, we will communicate alternatives to the customer.
    • This ensures that all altered items maintain a high standard of quality, preserving the brand's reputation and customer satisfaction.
